Transformer oil analysis and Purification

 

At SHABATECH we have set a standard and developed extensive experience in our oil Purification plants.

-These plants improve the condition of the mineral transformer Oil to standard specifications.

 

- Plants are available in various designs and capacities.

 

- Our plants have the capability to provide quick and accurate diagnosis.

 

- Plants are also capable for removing all suspended particles such as dust, rush, scales, colloidal carbon oxidation sludge etc. up to <1 micron.

 

- As well as degassing and Dehumidification of transformer Oil under vacuum.

 

- And circulating of heated Oil and filing of treated oil in transformer tank.

 

- This reduces the need for specialized in-house staff.

 

- Hydraullic repairs and services (cylinders and pumps)
